1. Purchase and Payment
   1. Upon payment for applicable services and/or products, you will receive a notification regarding the fees. You agree that you fully understand the payment terms for any services and/or products before proceeding with the payment. Once the payment is completed, you shall not cancel the payment, change the request, the requested product, or the Payment Method.
   2. Payments shall be made via: (a) a credit card registered in your name; or (b) any other Payment Method accepted by BuyandShip Limited (the “Company”) at the time of your payment (each referred to as a "Payment Method").
   3. You agree to pay for the prices of the products you purchase, shipping fees, taxes, duties, and any other applicable fees and charges, and authorize the Company to charge these amounts to your chosen payment provider at the time you place your order. Even if the Company has requested or received payment, the Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing.
   4. Sales tax will be applied to the purchase price as required by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time.
   5. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through this platform. You further agree to update your account and payment information promptly, including email address, Payment Method, card number, and expiration date, to enable the Company to complete your transaction and contact you when necessary.
   6. You are responsible for ensuring that your Payment Method and information are current and accurate. If the Company is unable to charge the fees from your Payment Method on any due date, whether due to insufficient funds or other reasons, your order for any product and/or service from the Company will be immediately canceled, and you will need to repurchase the relevant products and/or services to receive them.
   7. You understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for erroneous billing or incorrect charge methods. If a billing error occurs due to the Company, the Company's sole responsibility shall be to correct such billing errors within a reasonable time after the Company receives notice of the error.
   8. You warrant that you have obtained full authorization to use the Payment Method to pay the applicable fees without infringing any third-party rights.
2. Promo Codes
   1. The Company may from time to time provide you with Promo Codes that contain a certain amount of credits (hereinafter referred to as "Promo Codes"), which may or may not incur a specific charge.
   2. Each Promo Code is valid within its designated time frame. After the specified time ends, the Promo Code will be immediately canceled without prior notice.
   3. In the event you use a Promo Code to pay for services or products and subsequently choose to return the product or cancel the service, the value of the credits under the Promo Code will not be refunded to you. However, if you used a portion of your own funds, that portion will be refunded.
   4. The Company may specify additional terms and conditions for Coupon Codes. In such cases, the additional terms and conditions will govern the use and redemption of the code alongside these terms.
   5. The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate or cancel any previously issued Promo Codes and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.
3. Order Cancellation and Processing
   1. All transactions on the platform are final and non-refundable.

   2. The Company will only accept cancellation or refund requests when the ordered products are out of stock, insufficient supply, or unable to fulfill or deliver.
   3. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order you submit. The Company may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantity of purchases per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may include orders placed by the same customer account, using the same credit card, and/or using the same billing and/or shipping address. If the Company changes or cancels an order, it may attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided.
