Overview of the Guarantee
- This policy applies to items purchased on the Buy&Ship One platform. Items may be shipped in multiple pieces, and all guarantees will be processed by tracking number.
- Compensation Overview
- All merchandise prices and service fees will generally be refunded to the credit card used for payment or via bank transfer.
- Lost Items: Compensation will be calculated based on the merchandise price (i.e., the price paid at the time of purchase).
- Damaged Items: Compensation will also be calculated based on the merchandise price.
- Shipping fees for lost or damaged items will be refunded to the credit card used for payment .
- No return or exchange service is available for all items.
- All guarantees will take effect after the shipping order is completed.
- After providing complete information, we will respond within 7 days. Once the claim is completed, we will notify you of the payment arrangement via email.

- Coverage
- Covers Lost Items and/or Damaged Items.
- If the entire shipment is lost (all items under the same tracking number), Buyandship will compensate for the entire value of the shipment and the Buyforyou service fee.
- If part of the shipment is lost (some items under the same tracking number), Buyandship will initiate an investigation upon receiving the application and determine the compensation based on the investigation results.
- If damaged items cannot be used normally, Buyandship will initiate an investigation and determine the compensation amount based on the investigation results.
- Exclusions
Exclusions apply to Return and Refund Policy. Items are not eligible for return or refund under the following circumstances:
Package Conditions- Fragile items without adequate protection (e.g., ceramics, glass, LCD screens, books, paper products, plastic products, etc.)
- Improper packaging of the goods that does not provide adequate protection.
- Goods in unopened condition will not be eligible for damage compensation.
- Deformed, damaged, or cracked packaging where the item remains intact.
- Non-boxed or non-sealed packaged goods.
Natural Disasters
- Loss or damage to goods caused by natural disasters, such as:
- Natural wear and tear.
- Loss due to adverse weather, lightning, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, etc.
- Any loss due to changes in temperature or humidity.
- Natural factors including but not limited to earthquakes, tornadoes, storms, floods, fires, plagues, fog, snow, frost, or geological disasters.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- Any negligence by customs, transport companies, airports, or government officials, such as customs returns or flight delays.
- Suspected fraudulent websites and inability to confirm.
- Loss of goods due to sender's negligence (e.g., incorrect or false documentation).
- Loss due to customs clearance timing leading to expired warranties, service periods, or free return periods.
- Loss due to market price fluctuations.
- Any traffic accidents, invasions, riots, strikes, or other regional disputes, such as civil unrest, terrorism, or war.
- Radioactive contamination.
- Sanctions restrictions.
- Any temporary embargo measures imposed by any country.

- Full Refund when the order cannot be fulfilled due to:
- Out of stock.
- Other reasons: Lost, Damage, Out of service committed timeline, Missing item, Wrong item
- Partial Refund when:
- Partial items are out of stock.
- The coupon will be refunded proportionally.
- When Will I Receive My Refund?
Typically within 2-3 weeks. Most refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 days after we receive and process your returned item. Once we have processed your returned item, we will issue a refund. It may take up to 30 days for returned items to reach our facility and be processed. In some cases, the refund period may be longer.

- What Can Be Returned?
All new, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If the parcel contents cannot function properly, Buy&Ship will investigate the claim after receiving a request. The investigation result will determine the compensation.
- No compensation will be made if the parcel has the following conditions
- Includes liquids, dangerous goods and prohibited items
- Includes fragile goods, goods with improper packaging, and goods that lack appropriate protection (e.g. ceramics, glasses, LCDs, books, paper products, and plastic products)
- Includes intact packaging
- Includes distorted, demolished, or damaged outer packaging where there is no actual damage to the contents
- Parcels packed without an appropriately strong outer carton box, wooden box, and sealed packaging
- Includes second-hand or used items
- Return Application
- Members must submit a return application within 7 days of receipt; late applications will not be accepted.
- Please prepare the following information to be emailed to [email protected], with the subject "Product Claim Application: Order Number (Phone number)":
- Order number.
- Brief description of the claim reason.
- Relevant photos of damaged items (if any).
- If necessary, Buy&Ship One reserves the right to request additional relevant information from members.
- Claims will not be accepted if any of the above information is missing, or if we cannot confirm the details.
- After providing complete information, we will respond within 7 days, and once the claim is completed, we will notify you of the payment arrangement via email.
- In case of any disputes, Buy&Ship One reserves the final decision-making authority.
