- Shipping Services
- Buyandship Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") does not provide any refunds or cancellations except as described in the Company's shipment guarantee policy. Please contact the Company for resolution of complaints or further information regarding refunds and cancellations.
- The Company shall not be liable for any errors made by merchants in processing orders or otherwise. You shall arrange for returns, refunds, or exchanges with the merchant according to the merchant's terms and policies, including but not limited to its return fee policy.
- Once your package is deemed abandoned, the Company may dispose of the products in accordance with applicable legal provisions, including potentially selling the products in private or public auction to cover the costs of services provided by the Company that have not been received. The Company reserves statutory and other lawful liens for unpaid fees. No refunds will be provided for packages deemed abandoned.

- Package Receipt Notes
- Before signing for the package, check the external packaging for integrity.
- Regardless of whether there are obvious damages to the outer packaging, you must inspect the goods in front of the courier before signing for receipt.
- If you discover damaged goods, please refer to Refund and Return Policy to contact customer support for claiming and retain all packaging and items until the investigation is complete.
- If damages are found, you may choose to take immediate photos and refuse to accept the goods.
